Navajo Nation Domestic Wastewater Septic and Reclaimed Water Regulations

The Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency’s Domestic Wastewater Program (NNDWP) is presenting the proposed Navajo Nation Domestic Wastewater Septic and Reclaimed Water Regulations for review and comment.

Copies of these proposed regulations can be obtained by emailing the Navajo Domestic Wastewater Program office at info@navajopublicwater.org.  Requests for public meetings will need to be made in writing to the NNDWP.  These proposed regulations are posted here.

The deadline to submit comments is July 28, 2023.  Comments may be mailed to the Navajo Domestic Wastewater Program (NNDWP) at Navajo EPA-NNDWP, P.O. Box 339, Window Rock, AZ, by e-mail to info@navajopublicwater.org or by delivery to the Navajo EPA-DWP Office at the NNEPA Administration building.  If there are any questions, please contact the NNDWP staff by email to pmorgan@navajopublicwater.org.
